I wanted to give you a heads up about the blues music event of the year, coming up in LA.  I was hoping you could post a news story about it on your site.

On November 12th, blues icons Joe Bonamassa and Pete Anderson will kick off Guitar Center’s King of the Blues Grand Finale at the House of Blues in Hollywood.  Joe and Pete will be performing alongside the five best undiscovered blues guitarists in the country, who beat out over 4,000 other contestants in the King Of The Blues competition. The winner of the Grand Finale will receive a prize package worth over $35,000, including $25,000 cash, gear and product endorsements. This is definitely the must-see event for fans of the blues, but also a spectacle that any lover of guitar-based music can appreciate.

Both before and after the show, there will be opportunities to sit down with Joe and the finalists for interviews.  Please let me know if you know anyone in LA that could cover the event.  I can set up interviews with them if you’d like, or they could just attend.  Please see the attached press release for more info and let me know if you have any questions.
